Our local Master Gardeners are a part of the Vancouver Chapter and have been trained at VanDusen Gardens. They currently have 10 active members who have joined other community volunteers for the Sunshine Coast Botanical Garden in a variety of capacities, as docents, events planning, veggie gardening, plant sales and more.

In addition to the basic and advanced training program at VanDusen, the Sunshine Coast Master Gardeners have a wide variety of professional gardening knowledge and experience in garden design, organic veggie farming, horticulture, and landscape installation. They are very dedicated to furthering their own knowledge and sharing sound, sustainable gardening practices in a positive way.
